WHY NEXUS EXISTS

For 6 years as COO I became my company’s memory. When partners left, I needed another me. I found Nexus.

01

The problem

Decisions everywhere.
Memory in one head.

Work gets promised in meetings, email, voice notes, and passing conversations. Context gets scattered. The follow-up lands on you.

Nexus is the memory underneath—quietly keeping the decision, the reason, and the person responsible connected.

02

The protocol

From memory
to action.

A three-part loop that works underneath the conversations your team already has.

  1. 01

    REMEMBERS

What your organization says and shares.

Meetings, conversations, emails, voice notes, and written notes become connected context.

  2. 02

    FINDS & TURNS

    What needs to happen next.

Nexus separates decisions and commitments from the noise, then writes them as clear action.

  3. 03

    ASSIGNS

Who owns it, by when, and why.

Every action keeps its owner, deadline, priority, and source—ready for a person to review and confirm.

03

Watch it work

Under a minute.
The whole loop.

A 48-second walkthrough: a supplier decision moves from a scattered conversation to a confirmed commitment with an owner and a source.

CONTEXT / 01

Give it context.

A shared memory starts with a conversation. Nexus connects what was said, the people involved, and what the organization already knows.

COMMITMENT / 02

Review before it becomes work.

Nexus proposes the action. A person checks the owner and deadline, then confirms. Consequential changes never happen silently.

SIGNAL / 03

Know what matters. Understand why.

Nexus connects the work that needs attention to the evidence behind it, so a signal is useful—not just urgent-looking.

  • Why it matters now

Why Nexus thinks it matters

The next order needs approved rates. Amina’s pricing follow-up is still open.

ASK NEXUS / 04

Ask your organization.

The useful answer is not a guess. It comes with the commitment, the owner, and the source that supports it.

  • What did we agree?
  • Who owns the follow-up?
  • What is still unresolved?

Questions

The useful
things to know.

We’re opening Nexus gradually so the product learns from real teams before a wider release.

What is Nexus?

Nexus is an AI Chief of Staff and organizational memory. It connects what a team says and shares to the decisions, commitments, and clear next actions inside it.

Who is the private beta for?

We’re starting with founders, operating leaders, and small teams where follow-through still depends heavily on one person keeping the whole company in their head.

Is Nexus a task manager?

No. Tasks are one output. Nexus begins with the context behind the work, keeps that context connected, and helps a team review and assign what should happen next.

When will I get access?

There is no public release date yet. We’ll invite teams in small groups as the private beta is ready for them.

What happens to my waitlist information?

We use it to manage beta invitations and relevant product updates. We do not sell it or use third-party advertising trackers. Read the waitlist privacy notice.
