These short terms cover the Nexus private-beta waitlist. Product access, when offered, will come with separate terms appropriate to the service.

Joining the waitlist
You may join if you are at least 18 and may provide the submitted work email and organization details. Please give accurate information and do not submit another person’s details without their permission.
What joining means
Joining records your interest in Nexus and allows us to contact you about the private beta and relevant product updates. It does not guarantee access, a particular invitation date, pricing, functionality, availability in a location, or a commercial relationship.
Private-beta invitations
We may invite teams in stages based on product readiness, team fit, capacity, and the feedback we need. We may pause or close the waitlist, change the beta, or decide not to offer access. If we offer access, you may decline it.
Site content
The public page describes the product direction and intended experience. Because Nexus is in development, screens, workflows, capabilities, integrations, and release plans may change before access is offered.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access the stored waitlist, submit automated or deceptive entries, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the site in violation of law.
Availability
The waitlist is provided as available. We work to keep it accurate and reachable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising only from use of this free waitlist page.
Privacy
Our waitlist privacy notice explains what we collect and how we use it. You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the waitlist changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Material terms for the Nexus product will be presented separately before you create a product account.
